Refund and Returns Policy

Online Orders & Payments

Products displayed on our website are invitations to order, not direct offers for sale. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. Prices may occasionally be incorrect or outdated, and we are not obligated to sell at an incorrect price.

Before confirming your order, you’ll have a chance to review and correct any errors. Once submitted, an order cannot be withdrawn unless we agree. A confirmation email will be sent once we process your order, but delays may occur due to technical issues.

Delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, we are not responsible for delays. Product requests do not guarantee availability—we will check with suppliers and confirm stock and pricing with you via phone or email.


Refunds & Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us—phone cancellations are not accepted.

  • A USD 10 cancellation fee applies to all orders.
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund if:

  • The item is unused (we will assess this at our discretion).
  • The original packaging and receipt are provided.
